I founded NKCS Ltd for a number of reasons: as an outlet for my passion to direct large transformation programmes, delivering value for our clients in offering world-class cost effective solutions; and to do it the right way. Too many programmes fail for the wrong reasons and I love the challenge of those “mission impossible” projects. I possess cross-sector exposure including Financial Services, Insurance, Government, Public Sector & Telecoms. Some of my accomplishments to date have included: plus a new Cloud-based Document Management System.
Managed the rescue & successful implementation of two financial services Collection/Customer Services contact centre builds for Nationwide & Barclaycard, which transformed key services.
Handled rapid delivery of ‘Priority 1’ projects for Aldermore Investment Bank, involving Individual Liquidity Adequacy Assessment (ILAA), a new Treasury System & Experian Commercial Autoscore.
Appointed to rescue a series of ‘Stalling’ projects at Central Beds Council including G-Cloud procurement, feasibility of moving Case Management capabilities to cloud-based solution

Perry’s experience has spanned both the public and private sectors of the healthcare industry and has included integration & transformation; Better Care Fund; Transforming Care Programme (TCP) ; Pooling via S75 Agreements; Connected Care systems ; NHS England regional financial reporting and assurance for 10 CCGs; setting up management accounting departments; monthly reporting and planning in an Acute Trust.
