5 YEAR STRATEGIC PLAN
When our client failed a NHS assurance review, they approached us to assist with development of new 5 year strategic plan. We collected and analysed information on current programmes and used this knowledge to negotiate plan revisions. Our team incorporated results from a project on the challenged heath economy to develop a draft plan, which was approved by all management boards. NK Consulting Solutions succeeded in delivering a 5 year strategy plan, meeting a demanding 4 week schedule, which passed NHS assurance review.
